- Account: A unique account associated with a User within the Service.
- Country: Refers to Indonesia.
- Content: Includes all information, data, text, photos, and other materials available through the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You represent and warrant that You are at least 16 years old and of legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 


3. User Accounts

You may create an Account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account information and password and for all activities that occur under Your Account. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other security breach.

You are responsible for all User-Generated Content You submit to the Service. You retain any ownership rights You have in Your User-Generated Content, but You grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute Your User-Generated Content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights to grant Us this license.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.


9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also remove or disable any User-Generated Content at any time, for any reason.

If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
